Hey, I’m Ariel.
As a therapist, I specialize in couples counseling, including affair recovery, uncoupling and separation, and reproductive health, including fertility, trauma, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Sometimes, these two worlds merge, such as when couples are navigating the challenging postpartum period, or the stress of infertility. I also offer intensives, for those couples really ready to dive in.
I love working with people experiencing life transitions, and folks working in the helping professions, including activist fatigue.
I strive daily to work through an anti-racist/anti-carceral lens, and I am constantly learning and shifting in the way that I view mental health, healing, and systems in general.
